We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard International postal delivery shipping for For products that are presented on the nekol.art website and marked with the message Free shipping.

1. Pre-Shipment, Time to Prepare Your Purchase for Shipment:
1.1. Standard Goods: The typical preparation time for shipment is 3-5 working days for all presented goods, unless otherwise specified in the product description. This duration is essential for processing required documents and ensuring the meticulous packaging of the artwork.
1.2. Made To Order Artworks: Artworks crafted on Made To Order terms necessitate a preparation period of 17-20 working days, unless otherwise specified in the product description. This duration is crucial for the creation of the artwork, the drying process of oil paints, documentation processing, and ensuring high-quality packaging.
2. Customs and Import Taxes:
2.1. Buyer Responsibility: Buyers are accountable for any applicable customs and import taxes. The seller bears no liability for delays arising from customs procedures.
3. Delivery Time:
3.1. Striving for Timeliness:
While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to increased postal operator workload.
3.2. Reporting Delays: In the event of a delivery delay, please contact us promptly to report the issue. We will take necessary actions to locate your parcel and provide updates on the estimated delivery time.
4. Long Delivery/Loss of Parcel:
4.1. Indicative Shipment Times: According to Universal Postal Union regulations involving 192 postal operators, fixed shipment times are not provided; the mentioned terms are indicative only.
4.2. Seller’s Limited Control: The seller has no control over delivery time, which solely depends on the postal service. We appreciate your understanding and kindly request refraining from leaving negative feedback due to potential delays.
4.3. Delay Beyond 45 Days: If your items haven’t been delivered within 45 days, please contact us. We will initiate an official inquiry to determine the package’s location.
4.4. Guaranteed Refund for Lost Packages: If the package is officially declared lost, a 100% refund is guaranteed.
5. Shipping Address:
5.1. Verification: Always double-check the shipping address before confirming your order.
5.2. Incorrect Address: If you entered the wrong address, please provide the correct one promptly for order updates.
5.3. Additional Fees for Resending: Incorrect addresses unnoticed by the buyer may result in additional fees for resending the item. Wall paintings sent to the wrong address and subsequently “returned to the sender” by the carrier will be discarded to maintain order processing efficiency.
We offer worldwide shipping. Free Standard International postal delivery shipping is valid on international orders.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
