Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
1.1. The buyer has the option to return the purchased item.
1.2. The buyer must initiate the return process within 14 days of receiving the item. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of from the date of receipt of the shipment.
1.3. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
1.4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
1.5. In the event that the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, as agreed upon with the seller.

4.1. To return an item, please email customer service at info@nekol.art to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
4.2. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and make a refund by any convenient postal operator

All products and artworks that are Made To Order are exempt from cancellation and return, except in cases where the goods are delivered with a loss of original quality (damage caused during delivery).
4.3. Mall your return to the specified address in the message with the RMA number
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
5.1. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
6.1. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
